Cynthia Cromartie Suttles is a Community Caseworker for the Hillsborough HIPPY Parent Involvement Program. She is a Army Veteran, a Troop Leader and the Event Coordinator for the Sacajawea Girl Scout Community. 

Cynthia has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
