Jesse DePaolo, M.S., BCBA
Instructor/ABA Online Program
Office: MHC 2330
Jesse DePaolo has taught a variety of courses, both online and face-to-face at the
undergraduate and graduate level. Additionally, she has taught in both the ABA and Psychology departments at USF. Her research interests include training educators, organizational behavior management, and sports performance. In a recent study, she evaluated an assessment tool she developed to improve the performance of college level instructors teaching online courses and found that the assessment tool was successful in pinpointing an effective and efficient intervention type to use. Additionally, she conducted studies with National Collegiate Athletic Association varsity athletic teams, examining the use of negative reinforcement for increasing behaviors both on and off the field. She has also conducted her own research projects and has mentored several masters’ students in the ABA program through their thesis projects.
