Rhonda Gully is a HIPPY Home Visitor with the Hillsborough HIPPY Parent Involvement Program. She is originally from Detroit and has resided in Tampa since 1993. She loves animals and being outdoors. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with the nursery and preschoolers at her church.
