Dr. Rocky Haynes is an instructor and coordinator of the undergraduate minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. He earned his Ph.D. in ABA from the University of South Florida and master’s in behavior analysis and therapy from Southern Illinois University.
Dr. Haynes has over a decade of experience in the field of ABA, having worked within numerous settings including supporting individuals with autism, prevention of child abuse and neglect, behavioral gerontology, and organizational behavior management.
His primary interests include: a) multi-tiered support systems / positive behavioral interventions and supports within education and residential settings; b) prevention of child abuse and neglect through eco-behavioral parent education and training; and c) capacity building for systems to support staff training and behavioral coaching. Additionally, within a MTSS framework, Dr. Haynes is interested in building systems that align with equitable delivery of clinical services.
