Megan Sullivan Kirby, M.Ed., BCBA, has over a decade of experience as a professional working in the fields of special education and outpatient ABA therapy services. She has served as the Secretary of Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis (VABA) since 2013, and recently relocated to Tampa from Richmond, Virginia to begin her next career as a Ph.D. student and graduate assistant under the advisement of Dr. Trina Spencer. Her personal and professional interests include the application of behavior analysis to issues related to social justice, education and human rights.
