Norair began his Ph.D. in Criminology at USF in Fall 2015. Prior to that, he completed an M.A. in Criminology at USF and a B.A in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. Norair's main research interests are juvenile homicide, post-incarceration recidivism, and hate crimes. He is also interested in homicide subtypes, and has published an article on homicides that occur after an encounter in cyberspace.
