Dr. Donna Polelle joined the USF-Tampa campus faculty in 2011 as an Instructor in the CSD Department teaching academic courses and providing clinical supervision to graduate students in the Master of Science program in Speech-Language Pathology. Since 2013, Dr. Polelle has been teaching in the online undergraduate CSD program on the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus. Her areas of teaching and expertise include aphasia, neuroanatomy, and dysphagia. Dr. Polelle has been a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association since 1986. She is licensed as a speech-language pathologist in Florida. Dr. Polelle is actively involved in the Aphasia Community in Sarasota.
