Cybersecurity Master's Degree
Through this program, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge through an interdisciplinary set of core courses and then take a deep dive into one of four concentrations: cyber intelligence, digital forensics, information assurance or computer security fundamentals.

Course Structure
The master's in cybersecurity is an interdisciplinary 30- to 33-credit hour Fully Online program offered by the USF Colleges of Arts and Sciences; Behavioral and Community Sciences; and Business and Engineering.
Most courses are delivered in a convenient eight-week format that fits into the busy lives of working adults, allowing swift progression through the program. Courses in the Computer Security Fundamentals (30 credit hours) concentration are delivered in a 16-week online format with in-person testing requirements that can be completed at approved national testing centers.

Who Should Attend
This is a graduate-level program, and students admitted to this program are most likely to be successful if they have academic or work experience in the following areas:
- C/C++ programming
- Computer networks
- Operating-system design
- Algorithms
- Data structures
- Computer organization
An undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, MIS, or IT is recommended for admission.
