Dr. Armstrong is a Pediatric School Psychologist with recognized expertise in diagnosis and treatment of childhood behavioral and developmental challenges. She holds broad teaching and collaboration experiences across university, clinical, and community settings. Dr. Armstrong is an established researcher and evaluator, with demonstrated proficiencies in grant competitions, project leadership, and professional publications.
