As part of the GNSI team, I will plan, coordinate, and execute activities within the
Institute and conduct research in the national security domain addressing critical
21st-century security issues facing the nation.
I have worked in the education field for most of my career. I started as a teacher
in Austin, Texas and after completing my graduate degree I began working at the collegiate
level running orientation programs for new students and family members. Later I transitioned
into admissions and presidential events before joining USF Health as a conference
and event planner.

I am originally from Dayton, Ohio and my first job was working in a concession stand
at a summer pool.
What books are you currently reading?

of the Fan Club?
I grew up as a Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds fan watching the Big Red Machine.
I also enjoy watching my collegiate teams sporting events from Ohio Univeristy and
The University of Texas at Austin.
