Graduate Assistant Approval Certificates

Welcome to USF!

New International  Graduate Students need to obtain a Graduate Studies Verification Certificate if they have a GA/RA/TA position. To make this process easier for you, we ask the you complete a brief questionnaire and attach your offer letter. You can access the questionnaire at this link: https://bit.ly/3lawqGS or using the attached QR code. You will be able to attach your offer letter within the questionnaire.

The Office of Graduate Studies will process your response and will send your Graduate Assistant Approval Certificate to your USF email address as a .pdf. You will then turn this certificate into Human Resources (HR) to complete your hiring process.
