IT Service Catalog

USF IT understands that technology is often key to reaching our goals and objectives.  In the past it has been challenging to know what technology solutions are available to the USF community and also how to order them.

In an effort to improve the service-quality on business-critical IT services, provide better value and simplify the process for requesting services, IT has implemented a Service Catalog.

The IT Service Catalog strives to be a one-stop destination for both browsing available resources and ordering new services and products.

Students, faculty and staff will still contact the IT Helpdesk to report a problem when technology is not working as expected; however, the IT Service Catalog is the place to request new technology services.

IT will continue to refine the Service Catalog in the near future to further automate more complex requests such as hiring a new employee or starting a standard project.  Be sure to visit the IT Service Catalog site today and look for updates in the coming year.
