Dr. Pulster has been a member of the scientific research staff in the College of Marine Science at the University of South Florida since 2015. She leads the Murawski Lab Marine Toxicology group where she teaches principles of aquatic toxicology, sample extraction techniques and analytical instrumentation. Prior to joining the Murawski Lab, Dr. Pulster was a Senior Chemist in the Environmental Forensics Laboratory at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium. Her research focuses on the environmental health of the Gulf of Mexico, the impacts of chronic and acute anthropogenic pollution on marine teleosts and the subsequent sublethal effects.
