Dear USF community,
I'd like to welcome you back from our holiday break and wish everyone a Happy New Year.
As we reopen the university today, I want to share an update regarding the search for USF’s next provost. I’m pleased to report that the search committee has been reactivated under the leadership of Chair John Ramil, a USF alum and former chair of the USF Board of Trustees, and Vice Chair Balaji Padmanabhan, a professor in the Muma College of Business. The committee includes the same members and will continue its work with the firm Storbeck Search.
The search committee will be reviewing applications and interviewing soon. As the search progresses, we will provide engagement opportunities for the university community. I encourage you to check the Provost Search Committee website for additional updates as we move forward with this critically important process.
