The credentialing of academic faculty is an ongoing process that is chiefly the responsibility of the academic departments. As required by USF Policy and SACSCOC Standards, 6.2.a, documentation must be on file to confirm the required qualifications for every instructor of record assigned to teach a credit-bearing undergraduate and/or graduate course.
