The Patel College of Global Sustainability is pleased to offer five courses in Global Sustainability over this summer term. These courses are designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing our planet, and the tools and strategies needed to create a more sustainable future. These courses include:

- Water Sensitive Urban Design
- Sustainable Food Production
- Future of Food: Environment, Health, and Policy
- United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Each course is taught by experienced faculty members with expertise in the respective fields.
