7th Annual BEAT Student Pitch Competition
Deadline: 11:59 PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2019
The Student Pitch Competition provides student entrepreneurs with the opportunity to pitch their companies to venture capitalists and other investors. This competition features two rounds: a preliminary round and a final round. In the preliminary round, selected companies deliver a closed-door pitch for a spot in the Top Three. In the final round, companies will pitch before a panel of investors, capitalists, and BEAT attendees. The winner of the pitch competition will receive a $500 cash prize.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a TampaBay area university or college and have an established startup.
Pitch deck should include:
- Description of management team
- Description of your service or product
- Your industry
- Your target market and market size
- Have you received any funding in the last year?
- Are you generating revenue?
- Why is your business unique?
