Virtual Group Fitness

Our Virtual Group Fitness classes have moved from Instagram Live to Microsoft Teams.  Registration is required.  Upon registration, an email will be sent to you containing the Microsoft Teams link for your class.  Classes are live-streamed only and will not be record for on-demand access.

Classes are available to all USF students and Recreation & Wellness members.

Registration opens 25 hours prior to class time.  Follow these instructions if you need to cancel your registration.
