Professionals and students in the Office of the Assistant Vice President & Dean of Students collaborate to facilitate learning opportunities and experiences that extend beyond the classroom. We provide students with activities that foster knowledge and success, and create a complete University experience where students achieve an understanding of themselves and the world around them. To ensure that every University of South Florida student graduates with a set of skills that carries into their future endeavors, we focus our work into the following areas: Advocacy, Leadership Development, Involvement, Civic Engagement, Multiculturalism, Diversity, & Inclusion, and Responsible Community Behaviors. We encourage students to stretch their comfort zones and discover new friends, interests, passions, and talents.
