Request a Room at the Marshall Student Center
Prior to reserving a room, student organizations should review the EMS Booking Procedures and have an Accountable Officer Form on file with the MSC Event & Meeting Services Office. Click here to complete your Accountable Officer Form.
USF Students and Departments: Reservations may be made via the online request system.
Event & Meeting Services Policies
Please Note: Meeting rooms may only be reserved for a maximum of 1 hour and 45 minutes after 5pm and only at specific times. Review the these time blocks and the required room set-up specifications for meeting rooms reserved at these times.

Please read through the MSC Alcohol Policy and Guidelines for Serving Alcohol at USF Tampa documents if you plan to serve alcohol at your event. The Alcohol Service Request Form must be completed in order to receive permission to sell or serve alcohol at your event. Follow up with your event planner with any questions.
