Wellness Centers

Stop by our Wellness Centers in the MSC and the FIT to pick up free health products and resources, get a chair massage or grab a power snooze in one of our futuristic nap pods. You can also attend a meditation group, participate in success and wellness coaching, or one-on-one counseling.

Our goal is to help you adopt a balanced lifestyle. We can help connect you with professionals who support different aspects of your well-being, whether it is meeting with one of our health educators or putting you in touch with members of the Counseling Center, Student Health Services, Office of Student Outreach and Support, Campus Recreation, and the Center for Victim Advocacy

Sit back and relax in one of our high-tech massage chairs. A quick massage can be a great way for you to reduce your stress and improve your mood. We offer five-minute chair massages in the Marshall Student Center, and 15-minute chair massages in our Relaxation Zone at the FIT.



nap pod

A 20-minute nap can help you clear your head, refocus and recharge.  Our nap pods have pre-set times and will gently awaken you when it's time to go. 


health resources

We offer free dental hygiene, sexual health, and feminine hygiene products. We also provide a variety of condoms including flavored, large, and standard lubricated, as well as free lubrication, dental dams and female condoms. 



Meet your daily amount of required fruit servings with a little help from us. Pick up a free piece of fruit each day.

Have trouble falling asleep at night? Need a little help getting those 7-9 hours? Pick up a free Sleep Pack that  includes a pair of ear plugs, an eye mask, some sleepy-time tea, and sleep tips.
