Collect stickers by attending EIM events throughout the month. Pick up your BE WELL BINGO card at any event. Get BINGO and stop by the Wellness Center at the FIT to claim your prize.

HOMECOMING CHALLENGE   Oct.  7- 11

Donate Your Moves to a Healthier Herd during Homecoming! Donate your squats, push ups, and jumping jacks to our campaign for a healthier USF. Find us at one of the following locations throughout Homecoming week to donate your moves and earn prizes. Bring your USF ID.

Learn basic skills required to feel confident in recommending movement to improve a patients physical well-being. Sign up here.

Events to meet other USF Bulls and stay committed to move!

MEDITATION & MASTERPIECES     Oct. 9,     6 -7:30 pm        THE FIT POOL

Color your stress away. Combine a beautiful sunset, gentle yoga, mindfulness and painting by the pool for the ultimate relaxation event. Supplies provided. The first 10 participants will receive a free yoga mat to take home. Online advanced registration required. Registration closes 10/7 at 5 PM. $5 no-show fee applies. LEARN TO LOG ROLL  Oct. 11,    11 am-2 pm     THE FIT POOL

This low impact cardio activity that will challenge your balance, footwork, and core strength. No experience needed. Get your name on the leaderboard for some great prizes. Show up and have fun! No registration required.


YOGA & LATTES    Oct. 17, 7:15-8 am     FIT LAWN

Renew and refresh in this restorative yoga class followed by lattes and pastries. Yoga mats provided. Online registration required. Registration closes 10/9 at 12 PM. $5 no-show fee applies. SUNDAY RIDE   Oct. 27,  10 am-2 pm      Tampa Riverwalk

Join us on the last Sunday of the month for Sunday Rides, a program for students and the USF community. FREE bikes and transportation provided. We will ride downtown or at Flatwoods Park. Sign up here.
