Physical wellness relates to maintaining a healthy body. You can care for your body and find your fit at USF through a combination of exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep and paying attention to your body. USF offers a variety of places on campus to improve your physical health and feel well.

Enjoy Movement and Find your Fit

USF's fully-wired fitness center, group fitness classes, indoor pool, intramural sports, club sports and outdoor recreation opportunities will give you plenty of ways to get moving, feel energized, and relieve stress.

Eat Well and Find Food Pantries

USF offers many different mean options to meet your dining needs, offering many nutritious healthy options to suit your taste and preferences. Learn about dining and snack options on each campus.

Find Sexual Health Resources

The Center for Student Well-Being offers free sexual health resources. Our health promotion specialists or one of our trained REACH Peer Educators would be happy to answer questions and give tutorials on all our services. You can also visit Student Health Services for sexual health testing.

Get Nutritional and Body Image Information

You can meet with wellness and nutrition professionals in the Wellness Center for body composition analysis or make an appointment with a Nutrition Counselor for individual nutrition counseling at Student Health Services.

Take Care of your Health

Student Health Services offers healthcare services including general medical care, immunizations, nutrition counseling, smoking cessation, laboratory services, allergy shots, travel health, and a full-service pharmacy to address your health needs. Many services are at no cost with no deductible.
