Submitting Content

Student organizations, colleges and university departments are invited and encouraged to submit your upcoming student events and announcements to the Note-a-Bull News e-newsletter. To allow us time to publish your submissions, please submit your content at in the requested format preferably one week in advance.

Tips, Deadlines and Graphic Specifications
Submissions must be received no later than the Wednesday evening preceding the desired Sunday issue. The issue date refers to the date of the Sunday on which the email is sent out to students. To ensure that your event/announcement is included in the correct issue of the Note-a-Bull, make sure that you choose the date of the Sunday before your event takes place. 


Events and announcements may be submitted to ProGo! in advance if you desire a longer promotional period for your event/announcement. Please note that you will have to submit the survey form separately for each week that you would like your event to remain in the newsletter with their individual issue dates selected.

Graphics uploaded for Note-A-Bull News will appear next to your event description text. Graphics must be in JPG, PNG or GIF format at 150 ppi. Landscape (horizontal) or square image preferred. Name file using the following naming convention: "noteabull_filename.ext" .
