The MultiEdit area is where you will complete the majority of your homepage content edits. MultiEdit can be accessed in one of two ways: 

  • Click Edit and click the MultiEdit button at the top right of your homepage. 

OR

  • Click on Properties and navigate to MultiEdit Content from the left navigation.

Once in the MultiEdit section, you will be able to add your images, videos, rotator content, and highlighted content to bring your homepage to life. 

TIP: Prior to entering content in the MultiEdit section, be sure to have your images sized and ready for upload. Check out the complete list of image sizes.

Getting Started

  1. To get started with adding or modifying content to your homepage, be sure to click the light bulb in the upper right hand corner to check out the file. 
  2. Navigate to the MultiEdit by clicking on the MultiEdit on the top right or by clicking on Properties and clicking the MultiEdit Content link on the left navigation. 

To update Feature image - small or large

  1. Click the Select Image button. 
  2. Find your image folder within the file structure.
  3. Click Upload and in the popup (image to right) select the +Add button to find your already sized photo on your computer. You may also drag and drop your photo in this region. 
  4. Click Start Upload. 
  5. Once the upload is complete, you should be able to select the image from your files and click Insert. 
  6. Next, add an image description and URL for the feature image to link to. 
  7. Select yes or no on whether you would like a "Caption Display" to appear with your feature image. 
  8. If you select yes, add the content you would like displayed in the "Caption Title" and "Caption Text" fields. Both fields are optional. 

To update Feature image - full-width

In order to have a full-width image in the feature area, a small image will also need to be added to ensure the page has an available image for mobile view. 

  1. Start by uploading the smaller (650px by 302px) image for mobile view. Click the Select Image button. 
  2. Find your image folder within the file structure. 
  3.  Click Upload and in the popup select the +Add button to find your already sized photo on your computer. You may also drag and drop your photo in this region. 
  4. Click Start Upload.
  5. Once upload is complete, you should be able to select the image from your files and click Insert.
  6. Next, add an image description.
  7. Repeat the same directions for the "Image - Large" and "Image Description" fields. 
  8. Click the dropdown to select yes or no on whether you would like to have a heading and text display over your full-width image. 
  9. If yes is selected, fill in the "Heading" and "Text" fields with the content you would like displayed over the photo. 
  10. Select if the feature image should be linked by selecting yes or no from the dropdown. 
  11. If yes is selected, include the URL in the "Link URL" field. If it is an internal link, you can select the Choose File button to navigate internal pages. 
  12. In the last full-width image field, select yes or no to open the link in a new tab. 

To update feature video - small option

  1. Add link in the "Video URL" field. The link should be a Youtube or Vimeo URL. 

To update feature video - fUll-width

In order to have a full-width video in the feature area, a small and a large image will also need to be added. The large fallback image will only be displayed if the video doesn't work and the small image is displayed in mobile view. 

  1. Enter the URL for your video in the "Video URL" field. Video must be 16:9. 
  2. Click the Select Image button within the "Image - Small" field. 
  3. Navigate to the appropriate image folder. Either find your image or upload your image via the Upload button. 
  4. Add an image description for your image. 
  5. Repeat steps 2 through 3 to add the "Fallback Image - Large". 

To add rotator to feature area and add slides

  1. Select the number of slides you would like displayed on the rotator. The rotator allows 2 to 5 total slides. 
  2. Select yes or no in the "Auto-Rotation" dropdown if you would like the rotator to rotate automatically. 
  3. Select yes or no from the "Caption Display" dropdown. Each slide is able to have an individualized caption. 
  4. The next five sections allow you to enter the information for each slide and in what order it will appear in the rotator. 
  5. Each slide requires the following fields: 
    1. Select the "Display Order" (1 through 5).
    2. Click on the Select Image button within the "Image" field. The pop up will allow you to navigate to the appropriate image folder or upload the image. Choose a small or large image based on what was selected initially in the parameters section.
    3. Click Insert
    4. Add an image description
    5. Enter a URL for the image
    6. If yes was selected for "Caption Display", add content for both "Caption Title" and "Caption Text" fields. 
    7. Repeat steps (1-6) until you have all the designated slides in place. 

To update highlighted content

  1. Add the "Heading" for the Highlighted Content section. 
  2. Add the "Text" you would like displayed in the Highlighted Content section. 
  3. Click on the Select Image button within the "Image" field or manually insert the path to your image.
    • If you choose "Select Image", navigate to your designated image folder and select the image you would like displayed or alternatively you can navigate to your folder and upload an image by clicking the Upload button at the top right. The image size should be 490px by 327px.
  4. Add an image description. 
  5. In the Highlighted Content Link area: 
    • Add the "Link Text" to be displayed underneath the content. 
    • Add the "Link URL" that will be utilized for the heading and link text underneath the content. 
    • Choose yes or now from the dropdown to determine if the link should open in a new tab. 

Saving & Publishing

Once all your modifications to the page are complete:

  1. Click the Save button at the top right side of the page. 
  2. From the Publish drop down menu, select which action is appropriate for your permission level/workflow (Publish, Schedule, Submit for Approval, etc.). For additional publishing details, visit Before you Publish.
