Chantae D. Still holds her Bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Chico and her Masters in Adult Education from North Carolina A&T State University. She is a Fall 2020 graduate of USF's Curriculum Instruction Adult Education program, who also holds a graduate certificate in diversity education. Chantae is passionate about helping students overcome doubt and imposter syndrome ESPECIALLY when it comes to their research research identity. Her personal interests include : Access and agency,  spoken word as curriculum, college student persistence, and dependency parenting education best practices.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and a Master’s Degree in Global Sustainability both from here at the University of South Florida. During his graduate studies, Nicholas served as the program manager for Tampa Bay Farm 2 School, a non-profit focused on sustainability education in the Tampa Bay region.

Lan 'Renee' Amboy-Biller
Graduate Assistant

Renee is a lifetime member of University of South Florida’s Order of the Golden Brahman (OGB) and the alumni. She obtained her M.A. in Adult Education from USF in 2019 and is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational innovation and program development at USF. Her research interests include university–industry academic partnerships, educational interests of an aging society, communication and education in a deaf society, and workplace behaviors. Professionally, Renee has been working within the corporate industry of leadership, training, and development for most of her adult life. Fun fact: Renee’s hobbies are spending time with family, raising monarch butterflies, just about anything outdoors, lifelong learning, and travel abroad pre-covid.

Mark Hines-Cobb Headshot

Mark graduated from USF in 2017 with his BA in Economics and is currently enrolled as a graduate student getting his MA in Economics. Mark has previously completed research as an Honors College student on the public perceptions of holistic medicine and the relation such perceptions have to socioeconomic demographics.

Mihir is a sophomore currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is also an Honors college student at USF. He plans to graduate in 2024 and work as a full-time software engineer. Mihir supports the HIPUR office staff administratively. His hobbies include: playing pool, working on coding projects, and traveling.

Kimberly Badanich
Instructor II, Psychology (Sarasota-Manatee Campus)
Dr. Kimberly Badanich is an Instructor of Psychology at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus. Her research expertise is in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience. Dr. Badanich received her BS in Psychology from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC and her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from The University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. As senior faculty liaison with OUR, Dr. Badanich provides the faculty perspective and leadership in planning the annual student Conference.
