Beta Chi (bx) - Bulls Organization for Behavior Analysis

Beta Chi Logo

Beta Chi was established in 2022 at Loli's restaurant on a napkin by Anthony Concepcion, Arturo Garcia, Amalix Flores, and Justin Han.

Beta Chi is a student-run organization founded in 2022 at the University of South Florida with the mission to promote the advancement and dissemination of behavior analysis through teaching, research, and practice. We aim to create a supportive professional network for current students and graduates to access resources, build community, and foster their development as behavior analysts.

As the first behavior analysis student group at USF, Beta Chi provides opportunities for members to connect with fellow peers, faculty advisors, and professionals in the field. We host speaker events, socials, professional development workshops, and serve as a platform for students to collaborate on research projects, gain leadership experience, and give back through community service.

Membership is open to all students interested in behavior analysis, regardless of major or career goals. Together we are building an inclusive organization that celebrates diversity and creates a sense of belonging. Beta Chi enables students to supplement their academic curriculum, gain hands-on experience, and build the skills needed to become thoughtful, ethical, and effective behavior analysts.
