Online M.A. in ABA*
The USF Online Applied Behavior Analysis Master of Arts degree program* requires students to complete practicum training under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has completed the necessary training to provide supervision.
Practicum follows the experience guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB.com), which requires 1,000 total hours of supervised practicum experience.
Students work 10-30 hours per week at their practicum site under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) approved by the ABA Master's program director. Students are required to secure a practicum site and supervisor for admission to the Online ABA master's program.
What is the online Practicum Seminar?
In addition to the required practicum training, students in our program must also complete an online Practicum Seminar, which guides students through the practicum. During the seminar, you will receive professional training, stay informed about current industry news, share your practicum experiences, and present data on behavior changes.
