Carol Eisman joined the CFS team in October 2019 bringing 25 years of event planning experience from the hotel and events industries. She serves as the Event and Conference Planner for the annual NTI, National Training Institute, conference held in April each year. Before joining USF, Carol worked at Hyatt Hotels and at BICSI, a Telecommunications Association. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
