CoE communications and marketing maintains a database of images and videos recorded in labs, student spaces, and at events. Email us to inquire about specific availability or to request something new.

Headshots

Need a new headshot for use on websites, social media and in print? Email Ryan or Kiersten to schedule a private portrait session.

Graphic Design

Publications Designer Ryan Wakefield is available to create imagery that perfectly represents your lab, website or event. Email rwakefield@usf.edu with details about your desired design and medium. 

If you need printed materials, please specify the size and type (banner, tabletop flyer, postcard, etc.).

New faculty & staff Checklist

Welcome to the team! Let's get started.

  • Email Ryan Wakefield or Kiersten Denny to schedule a private portrait photo session (for use on websites, social media and in print).
  • Email Margaret Grigsby to be added to email distribution lists (internal faculty, staff and departmental communications) and College of Engineering marketing emails (delivered via Constant Contact. maximum 5 emails per month).

  • Click here to request a University of South Florida web page for your lab or research.
  • Click here for information about ordering official USF business cards and stationary (payment required. ask your superior if business cards are provided).
  • Click here to request a phone number from USF IT.
    • Enter your personal phone number next to *phone number.
    • Select "Install New Service" under "Communication Services"
    • Verify the name of your "Accountable Officer" with your supervisor or contact Resource Management.
  • Follow CoE on social media! Tag us in posts so we may amplify your good work.
