Todd loves working with faculty and his fellow designers in the Sarasota-Manatee office to create interesting, easy to navigate, student-centered online courses. He is proud to be called a lifelong learner and has two graduate degrees - an MS in Management, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (USF 2000) and an MS in Learning Design and Technology (USF 2021) AND he just started working towards his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Career and Workforce Education. His areas of interest/research are still being developed but will include adult learner motivation with an emphasis on the value of badging/credentialing. Todd has extensive prior experience in business (hospitality and newspapers) and joined USF in 2017 working in human resources and as an administrative specialist for USF’s Nelson Poynter Memorial library before joining innovative education in 2021.

Outside of work, he enjoys training for the occasional sprint triathlon, kayaking/paddle-boarding, beach/bay walking, trivia nights, and spending time with family and friends.
