Orientation is an exciting time and may be one of your first visits to USF's Tampa Campus. Please review this information in preparation for your visit to your new campus.

General Driving Directions
The University's main address is 4202 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa, FL, 33620. You can arrive at the Fowler Ave. or Fletcher Ave. entrances. In most cases, the Fletcher Ave. entrance allows for a shorter drive on campus to the parking location. If taking I-75, use Fowler Ave (exit 265) or Fletcher Ave. (exit 266). If taking I-275, use Fowler Ave. (exit 51) or Fletcher Ave. (exit 52). Highway signage on the off-ramp will indicate which way to turn. Follow the road until you get to the USF entrance.
Signage on campus will direct you to the appropriate parking and check in location.
Your complimentary, Orientation parking permit was included with your confirmation packet. (Instructions for printing your Orientation permit) Please visit Parking Services for parking permit sales during the academic year.

Refer to the first page of your e-confirmation packet for your check in location and time. Orientation staff will assist you in navigating from your parking location to the check in area.
We will serve meals during the Orientation program (as described in the schedule at a glance), as part of the Orientation fee.
All meals served during Orientation will include a vegetarian and vegan option. Food items are clearly labeled with ingredients to assist you in identifying items to which you may be allergic. Additionally, Dining Services staff are available in all dining venues to answer any additional questions regarding potential allergens in a particular food item or provide recommendations for alternatives. If you feel you have additional dietary concerns, please submit an ADA Accommodations request and we will be happy to work with you.
Please remember that attendance at a full Orientation is required by the USF System. Failure to attend all portions of the Orientation will result in a hold on your course registration. Families or guests may not attend Orientation in lieu of the student.
What to Bring
- A photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
- Your Orientation parking permit
- Your NetID, password and University ID #
- Your immunization and medical history forms (unless already turned in)
- A jacket or sweater
- Completed application for USF ID Card
- Spending money for USF apparel
- An umbrella - just in case!
