Joy Facos

Joy Facos serves as Raymond James Investment Management’s Head of Sustainable 
Investing and Corporate Responsibility. She is responsible for leading the firm’s 
continued progress on the Principles for Responsible Investment and working 
with boutique investment managers, consultants, and clients on matters involving 
environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing.

Before joining the firm in 2020, she spent 10 years in the field of sustainable and 
responsible investing, most recently as principal at ESG Research Associates. She has 
focused on integrating ESG factors into investment processes, overseen proxy voting 
and guideline development, and designed and implemented corporate engagement 
initiatives.

Facos has been a financial services professional for more than 20 years and earned a 
Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Yale University.

Bill Breckinridge

Bill Breckinridge is currently the Vice President, Facilities and Environmental 
Sustainability at Raymond James. He provides facilities support for approximately 1.5 
million square feet in corporate facilities at the Home Office in St. Petersburg, FL and in 
Southfield, MI and Denver, CO. In this role, he leads 27 employees in the delivery of 
facilities operations and maintenance services, critical infrastructure support, and 
capital project delivery. He also heads up the firm’s environmental sustainability 
program.

Before joining Raymond James in 2017, Bill spent 21 years working in the public sector 
including 20 years as a career naval officer. His experience includes senior 
facilities/infrastructure leadership roles as an Assistant County Administrator for 
Pinellas County, FL and in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, where he retired at the 
rank of Commander. While serving as Director of Public Works at Naval Air Station, 
Sigonella, Sicily, he led a base-wide initiative to reduce energy and water usage 
receiving the Secretary of the Navy Energy & Water Management Award. In addition, he 
began his career in naval aviation as an F/A-18 Hornet pilot, accumulating over 550 
total flight hours with 50 day and 27 night arrested landings.

Bill has a Master of Engineering degree in Public Works Management from the 
University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 
the United States Naval Academy. He is also a registered Professional (Civil) Engineer 
in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Certified Energy Manager.

Kristi Sutherland

Kristi Sutherland is currently an Assistant to the Chair at Raymond James. She is 
responsible for driving and coordinating Raymond James' enterprise ESG program, 
including strategy, governance, and reporting.

Before joining Raymond James in 2021, Kristi spent five years in management 
consulting, where she led large cross-functional initiatives at financial services firms. 
Kristi has an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor 
of Science in Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the 
University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business
