The Florida Center for Nursing releases 2025 Impact Report showing expanded reach

The Florida Center for Nursing (FCN), headquartered at the University of South Florida College of Nursing, released its 2025 Impact Report today, highlighting a year of expanded outreach and data-driven initiatives designed to strengthen Florida’s nursing workforce.

The report documents the FCN’s key areas of impact in 2025, including:

"In 2025, the Florida Center for Nursing advanced evidence-based strategies that bridge education, practice, policy, and research to address workforce challenges. By leveraging statewide data and insights, FCN continues to drive impactful initiatives that support nurses and advance health care across Florida."

Moving forward, the Florida Center for Nursing will implement its 2026–2028 Strategic Plan, setting the direction for the organization’s next phase of growth. Current initiatives include expanding education data analysis and building a comprehensive online resource to support Florida’s current and future nurses. We’re proud that the FCN continues this important work in partnership with the USF College of Nursing.
