Veronica Rodriguez

Assistant Instructor of Spanish

Veronica Rodriguez is an instructor of Spanish language. She is originally from Cuba and has been teaching Spanish as a second language in both, face-to-face and virtual classrooms at college level since 2013. Her goal as a Spanish Instructor is to maximize learning opportunities in a diverse classroom setting, fostering students’ interest in a foreign language and culture, and facilitating learning of Spanish as a second language in an increasingly multilingual society.

She graduated from a Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of South Florida and is pursuing a doctorate degree in Technology in Education and Second Language Acquisition at the College of Education. Mrs. Rodriguez is also the TAs and Adjuncts Supervisor for the Spanish section. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
