Transfer Orientation Fees
Orientation fees cover the cost of providing our programs to you. These costs include housing, dining, space reservations, equipment, supplies, and staffing. Our office is self-funded and receives no additional funds from the University; this funding model is used at universities across the Florida State University System.
- The cost to attend Orientation is $50 for each student or guest.
- Payment for Orientation can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or e-Check, and must be paid at the time of your reservation.
Florida Community College AA Graduates
Students who have received a AA degree from a Florida community college are eligible for priority registration for Orientation and will be able to register for classes sooner than other new students. In order to qualify for this benefit, your final transcripts showing the AA degree must be submitted before Feb. 1, 2015.
Students requiring special arrangements due to religious observances are asked to coordinate with our office by submitting an online request. Orientation staff will coordinate with the student to accommodate the arrangements.
