Mailbox and Contract Unit
There are three US Postal Service facilities close to the USF Tampa campus:

Yes, we will continue to sort all incoming mail for our mailbox holders into their current mailbox.
We will continue to pick up from this mailbox at 4:00 PM daily.
Everyone can pick up his or her own packages between the hours of 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us at 813-974-2606 or bulkmail@usf.edu.
This will be determined by USF administration, who are closely monitoring the situation.

Yes, you can still bring prepaid packages to our location. Bring the packages to the side door by the newspaper stand.
Department Mail
At the current time, a process is in place for department mail. You can find an Authorization Form on our website for Department Mail pickup.

Yes, we will except and process any department mail that you bring to our location. If you need a Mail Service Document, we can provide you one to fill out.
We continue to provide mail service to the Residence Mail Centers as usual.
Yes, a notification will be sent to departments when the USF Post Office resumes its services.
Permit Mail
We are continuing to receive and process all Permit mail requests by the departments. If you have further questions please send them to bulkmail@usf.edu.
