FAH Room Request

The School of Art & Art History is responsible for coordinating and approving the use of rooms in the Fine Arts Building (FAH) for class scheduling, lectures, special events, exhibitions by faculty, staff and students.

You may request a particular room or you may submit a request for an event and a suitable room will be assigned for the event. Requests must include set up or installation times, as well as ending and uninstall dates and times. Include the event title and description as it should appear on public calendars, websites, and press releases, or any other marketing material. Events will not be approved without providing a full description. Events open to the public must be submitted before the Event Promotion FastBook Deadlines for each corresponding semester in order to be advertiside by the Office of External Relations on printed calendars, email newsletters, websites, and social media. If an event must be changed or canceled, you must notify the School of Art & Art History of any changes.

Submit your request by email to Marie O'Neil detailing the information outlined below. You will receive an approval/non-approval confirmation within 3 working days via email. You must request and coordinate with the School of Art & Art History Media Cage if additional equipment is needed. It is your responsibility to make sure the room is secured and free of debris after your event. If available, a key may be requested to use for the event.
