Career Fairs

Each semester Career Services coordinates numerous fairs and events related to employers recruitment efforts. These events can assist you in finding qualified candidates and branding your organization on campus. All events are open to all USF students and alumni.

We host the following Career & Internship Fairs: Bulls Connect and the Accounting Fair. These fairs are scheduled in the fall and spring semesters for organizations hiring for full-time, Co-op, and internship opportunities.

Our Part-Time Job Fairs provide organizations with an opportunity to meet with potential candidates for part-time, seasonal, and summer employment. These fairs are held in the fall and spring semesters.

The Statewide Job Fair, coordinated by the Florida Career Centers organization, is held in mid-May.


On-Campus Interviews

On-Campus Interviews (OCI's) take place in the Career Services Office, SVC 2088, unless you are hosting an interview day at the fair. In that case, the interviews will be located in the same facility as the career fair. The Spring 2019 On-Campus Interview Dates are as follows:

Accounting Fair
At-Fair Interviews - February 1, 2019

Bulls Connect
At-Fair Interviews - February 13, 2019

Regular Season Interviews
February 11, 2019 - April 12, 2019


Careers & Coffee

Are you interested in becoming an honorary barista for a day by hosting Careers & Coffee? During Careers & Coffee, USF students are invited to drop by, grab a cup of freshly poured coffee, and chat with representatives from your organization!

Due to its location at the Marshall Student Center, this event is ideal for full-time employment opportunities spanning more than one major or discipline. This location is not ideal for those looking to recruit students specifically within the College of Engineering. If you are interested in recruiting engineering students, consider registering for an Employer Spotlight in the College of Engineering (more information below).


Employer Spotlights

This is a great opportunity to host a table in high traffic areas in the Muma College of Business, College of Engineering, College of Public Health, or the Job Shop located in the USF Library. One employer is highlighted at each location per week during this event. Employer Spotlights provide an informal opportunity to meet with students in the college or Library as they come and go from class. Employer-led Workshops allow you to choose a topic you would like to help our students and alumni learn about. Topics can be similar, or the same as, what we cover during our "Prepare for the Fair" event (e.g. resume critiques, networking, dress for success, strategic job searching).


Student Organizations

Many student organizations welcome recruiters and companies to speak at their meetings regarding career-related topics. This is a great activity to brand and connect with potential candidates. Requests to present should be made directly to the student organization.


Facility Tours

A great way to create interest in your organization and open positions is to work with us to organize a tour of your facility. The tours can be open to student, alumni, and faculty and staff participation. You choose!


Interact with Faculty

Are you interested in networking with our faculty and learning more about classroom curriculum? Talk to us about hosting a luncheon for select faculty members. The luncheon can be the size of your choosing and the location and food of your choosing.
