Kimberly Allison

With over 12 years experience in the higher education industry, Kim currently serves as an Associate Director for Digital Learning, a division of Innovative Education, at the University of South Florida. Additionally, she teaches graduate and undergraduate level courses in the USF College of Education. Her research and writing interests focus on best practices in instructional design, AI applications, and fostering a culture of lifelong learning. Kim holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Emory University, a Master's in Education (Instructional Technology), and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a cognate in Measurement and Research from the University of South Florida. 

Kim was born and raised in Florida. Outside of work, Kim stays busy with her family including her husband and two young children. Kim also enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, skiing, and volunteering. She loves to travel and is always planning her next trip!
