Families and Guests
Families and Guests of incoming USF first-year students will be given the option to register for a supplemental Family and Guest Orientation Session. Your Orientation experience will be made up of two different parts: (1) In-person, on-campus experience and (2) Online Orientation content via Canvas Catalog.
In-person, On-campus ORIENTATION PROGRAM
Attendance and participation in the scheduled in-person on-campus Orientation session is held on the date/time of you reserved. You will attend portions of the program with your student, while some portions are tailored specifically to the needs of families and guests in support of both their student’s transition as well as their own. While attendance is not required for families and guests it is required for students.
During your scheduled Orientation session, you'll join the Orientation Team and other USF Campus Partners for a full-day event on all things USF. Campus Partners and Orientation Leaders will guide you throughout the day, providing key information and ways for you to support your student during their transition to USF.
To add a guest, students will need to log back in to their Orientation reservation, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Please note: Overnight accommodations are not available for the USF Orientation experience.
