Prior Degree Requirement
A bachelor's degree from an approved regionally accredited institution (or equivalent from an approved international institution) earned prior to starting a graduate program at USF is required for admission to graduate programs. If you have not yet completed your bachelor's degree requirements, you must do so before the start of your first semester at USF. However, you have until the end of your first semester at USF to provide the official final degree-granting transcript (or international equivalent) and final transcripts from all other post-secondary institutions you have attended.
Please be aware that registration for future semesters will be blocked and your offer of admission may be rescinded if the official transcript(s) is not received by the end of your first semester at USF.
USF cannot receive electronically transmitted transcripts for your graduate application. Request that all of your prior post-secondary institutions mail an official transcript printed on paper to:
