Books
USF Bookstore
USF has partnered with Follett to operate the USF Bookstore for purposes of selling textbooks and course materials for all USF campuses. All faculty members must submit their book adoptions to Follett following the State regulations and USF Policy 5-019.
Student and Staff Books
- Text books for USF students are not an allowable expenditure of USF funds.
- Text books can be purchased for loan and such books are considered university property and be returned at the end of the semester.
- Books included in the cost of a continuing education course or other department driven class may be purchased using collected fees.
- Books can be purchased for staff training.
Dollar Value
- Books under $250 can be purchased using either a requisition request (PO) or P-card.
- Books over $250 and which last longer than a year (as opposed to an annually updated reference) are considered assets.
