USFOSD Wins
USF Supplier Diversity // Growing together
USFOSD continues to build on the University's existing relationships with organizations and companies in the community to support the economic development of diverse businesses. USFOSD serves as a hub of information and as a resource to promote growth and diversification among diverse businesses looking to do business with the University of South Florida.
The University of South Florida embraces supplier diversity, launching a robust program under the direction of Terrie Daniel, Assistant Vice President of Supplier Diversity. Ms. Daniel has received University and community-wide support in the development of a strategic and sustainable supplier diversity program that will bridge the gap between the minority-, women-, veteran-, and service-disabled veteran businesses in Tampa Bay and the University of South Florida system.
In just four short months, Ms. Daniel has developed a strategic plan to be approved by the University's leadership, Board of Governors and Board of Trustees. Additionally, USFOSD has launched a dedicated website and marketing efforts have begun to promote the USFOSD program within the University system and in the community.
