In keeping with the intent of the University of South Florida's Graduate Council, fellowships are devoted to the recruitment of outstanding, new students into graduate programs. Thus, students who are currently admitted or enrolled in a program are ineligible for the awards. Check with the Graduate School Guidelines to see if you are eligible since criteria changes every year.
