Online Instructor Certification
In this workshop you will learn the foundations of effective online instruction and how to deliver a quality based, student-centric online course. It is organized into 5 modules offered over a 5 week period. The topics include course structure, assessment, content, interaction, mobile learning and accessibility. The completion of this course is required for all USF Tampa campus online instructors but open to all.
Online Proctoring with Proctorio
This workshop will provide you with an overview of the USF online proctoring solution, Proctorio. You will learn how it works, student preparation, and the critical best practices related to online proctoring.
This workshop, Camtasia Foundations: Quality Based Rapid Presentations, will provide you with the fundamentals of recording, editing, and best practices. You will learn both the technical aspects of Camtasia along with the pedagogical best practices related to effective online presentations.
Online Accessibility for the Benefit of All
Ensuring equal access for all online students is not optional. In this workshop you will learn the key aspects of online course accessibility and what you can do to verify that your course meets the standards. This workshop is currently under development and is scheduled to launch in April of 2017. However, you can register now to reserve your spot.
