Non-Credit Registration Services
Innovative Education offers registration services for non-credit courses, conferences, web presentations, trainings and seminars. Basic registration services include course and session configuration, a customized registration portal for your events or courses, a private link you can send to customers, a fully secure and PCI-compliant payment portal managed by USF IT, access to basic reports (including enrollment, rosters, financial, name tag, and mailing labels), and management of accounting and administrative services.
Additional services available include the printing and mailing of certificates and transcripts, recording of grades, contact hours and CEUs, and customized reports and research.
Step 1: We will develop a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for your review. The MOU will include points of contact, expected deliverables and timelines, client responsibilities, and all costs associated with our services.
Step 2: We will ask you to provide chartfield information for the distribution of funds and a copy of the approved EBA form.
Step 3: We will ask you to complete an intake form where we collect details about your program, including the program name, description, date, time, location, price and other critical details.
Step 4: We will meet with you to review your form submission, and ask a series of follow up questions which will allow us to tailor a solution that works right for you.
