Fitness Workshops

Fitness program at Campus Recreation is dedicated to providing a variety of educational opportunities for students and campus recreation members. We offer a variety of workshop formats designed to engage participants and provide lecture and/or practical application of fitness theories, trends, or topics.


Movement Clinic: Kettlebell Blast
July 17th, 6:30-7:30pm; REC 022B
FREE; register via online portal

Put down the barbell and pick up a kettlebell. Give your workout a much needed spark. This clinic will introduce participants to the kettlebell and the benefits of functional training. Learn to use the kettlebell to blast fat quickly and build strength with this total body workout.
