Our Team

USF Recreation is pleased to offer a unique advertising opportunity for your business or organization through our LCD TVs and LCD display boards throughout our beautiful facilities.

Guidelines

Timeline Expectations 

  • Generally, you can expect content to be displayed for up to (2) weeks. Exceptions may be made depending on the request and availability 
  • Please submit requests (1-2) weeks before the requested display date. 

Content Expectations 

  • University units and registered student groups may use the following guidelines for submitting requests. All materials must be in alignment with the University's policy on Brand Standards & Guidelines.

Accepted Submissions 

  • University units, services, and groups. 
  • All requests require prior Recreation Marketing approval.

Print Signage

Accepted Dimensions:

  • Flyers – 8.5" x 11" 
  • Poster (Half Sheet) – 22" x 28"

Prior approval is required, and postings are installed on bulletin boards as space becomes available. Once posted, you can expect your poster to be up for 2 weeks, unless space allows for longer periods when applicable.

Approved postings are free. Posters must be delivered to the Recreation Center during business hours; the Marketing Staff will place the posters for your convenience.

Digital Signage

Advertising via digital screens in our facilities is a sustainable and effective way to communicate your information.

Accepted Dimensions:

  • LCD TVs – 1920 x 1080 px
  • Trooh Vertical Screens – 1080 x 1920 px

Media Inquiry 

Press/Media Clearance and Interviews

To obtain the required Press/Media Clearance and Interview Clearance, please contact the Assistant Director of Marketing, Brooke Rustad-Dinkel, at brookerustad@usf.edu. 

General Communications Requests 

  • Media information requests.
  • Request a promotional photo, illustration or video.
  • Promotional requests, including organizational tabling in the facility.
  • Request for sponsorship information and branding/publicity opportunities through USF
  • Recreation sponsorship opportunities.
  • Request a speaker or presentation for an event or meeting.

Filming & Photography Inquiry 

To take photos or record video inside any Recreation Facility, please fill out our Recreation Marketing & Media Request Form.

All requests must be received at least five (5) business days in advance.
