USF Professor John Paul PhD is the lead inventor of the first hand-held device to
help detect red tide. Red Tide Chek will speed up the detection of red tide and help
officials make decisions quicker.
A new USF System partnership has created the Suncoast Nursing Accelerated Pathway
program that allows eligible USFSP and USFSM students to complete two bachelor of
science degrees, in biology and nursing, in five years.
